Fees and billing

Starter and Scale, the weekly 0.5% or 0.25%, a failed charge, and the fees Whop and Shopify add.

  1. Starter and Scale

    Starter is €100 per 30 days plus 0.5%; Scale is €299 plus 0.25%. They cross over at €79,600 of paid orders a month.

  2. The weekly usage fee

    Every Monday at 06:00 UTC: paid orders minus refunds plus carry-over, times your rate, charged to the card on your membership. Under €1 rolls over.

  3. A fee charge failed and checkouts are paused

    Update the card on your Whop membership; the period is retried on the next Monday run and checkouts resume on the first success.

  4. Whop's and Shopify's fees on top

    Whop charges processing fees on your business; Shopify may add third-party transaction fees when Shopify Payments is not used. LatchPay hides neither.
